Upon negotiation, both sides agree to sign The Secret Agreement of XI'an FLAND Culture Developing Co., Ltd, details are as follows:

I . General principle :

All staff of Xi'an FLAND Culture Developing Co., Ltd, regular and trial employees, should obey the following regulations.

II . Secret extent concerned:

All information and achievements except for those public ones permitted by the company are regarded as confidential references (such as developed training courses, corporation scheme, program suggestion, translation information of the information translated and the program schedules of the clients, information about the VIP clients, management principles, regulations and operational mechanism etc.).

III All relevant confidential information of translation and design copyrights (including both the electronic and written editions) of the first party are reserved and should be kept as secrets as an obligation for the second party and should never be leaked or duplicated by the second party or other individuals & organizations without the written permission of the first party at any time including the period during the contract and after the contract is terminated.

IV . The second party should return all the confidential materials within seven working days right after the project is over. Upon the request of the first party during the contract, all the confidential materials, both electronic and written, clients' information, commercial security documents, duplications and event notes should be immediately returned without delay.

No translation contents should be disclosed to the same trade of the first party or anyone else except for the personnel of Fland Culture Developing Co., Ltd..

No information about the technical secrets in all programs of the first party should be sold or revealed to its competitors.

No duplication, copy or collection of the original or translation versions of the first party's information is allowed for private use.

No transformation of the client's (the first party's) materials or information in any way is allowed.

All the original and translated versions of the first party's information should be handed in and filed in the Management Department of Fland Culture Developing Co., ltd. at the end of each working day.

All the original and translated versions of the first party's information should be worked on and are not allowed to be taken out of the working site.

No progress of the program, schemes or relevant information should be released to others except for the personnel of Fland Culture Developing Co., ltd.

The first party does have the right to rescind the work contract before the due date and claim for compensation due to the losses caused by the second party. The first party does have the right to turn to lawsuit to claim for compensation when necessary.
