The wording and diction in the original offered by the clients should be clear and smooth. The original text offered by the clients is the only acceptable to abide by when signing Client's Proxy Form with our company. After signing the FORM, any additions or deletions to the original text should be informed timely in written by the clients. Accordingly, extra fees should be added for the alternations. The deletions should be treated accordingly. If the contents to be deleted haven't been done, then the fees for the very part can be returned to the clients. The written form is also needed if the clients are to call a halt of the work. Accordingly, the translation work been done by the time we are informed should be paid.

Time needed for translation depends on the length and the technical difficulty of the work, as well as the target language type. We are relatively familiar with the common languages, like English and Japanese, so our translating speed will be faster as well; for seldom used languages, we usually need a little longer time. The speed of a professional translator each day is about 3000-4000 Chinese words. In addition, the time of checking, revising, editing, proofreading, fetching and sending the work will also be taken into considerations.

Our company is responsible only for the accuracy of the translated version but not the source, content and purpose of the original document. However, we do have the right to refuse to offer our translation service for those documents that will be harmful for the benefit of the nation and people, or social norms, or that go against laws or regulations of PRC or violent any international routines.

The right of signature to publication of the translation work is reserved to our company. No copying, transferring, abstracting or revising of the translation work is allowed unless the authorized written permission of the company is given.

Clients' original documents and translation work are sure to be kept in secret in our company. A special secrecy agreement should be signed and special secrecy measures will be taken accordingly, if the clients do have some particular secrecy claims.

In order to let translators grasp the language and culture background of the translation document, clients need to explain the background and the main purpose of it. It is clients' responsibility to explain clearly the background, main purpose and usage of the original documents to ensure a better understanding of the language and culture contents carried in the documents, which is the basis and premise of quality translation.

It is a necessity for the clients to provide us with the detailed accessory materials, the more the better. For example, vocabulary lists, reference documents or manuals, as well as the related translation work in the past.

Clients should pay 50% of the service fee after signing Client's Proxy Form , the rest 50% is requested to be paid when the translation work is done and delivered to the clients.
