1. Qualifications
1) Proofreader: one person, professor at a famous university who engaged in translating for fifteen years, and was the guest professor of a foreign university for five years.
2) Translator: engaged in translating for seven years.
3) In support force translator: nearly one hundred outstanding translators in all the fields registered in our company to take the part-time job. Among them, there are university professors, professionals who studied abroad and have come back home.
2. Translation scheme:
1) First proofreading: browse the full original text to be translated which is wanted by the clients and thus to have an overall comprehension of the contents to be worked on.
2) To be familiar with the specialty contents related to the text to be translated. Prepare all of the corresponding reference books. Check and approve the related terms of specialty having been mastered. Check and approve the materials provided by the clients.
3) Further look up and read words and terms and specialty (for example, in the net or in the database). With the prerequisite of secrecy, solve problems with client about the contents, specialty and terms of the text to be translated.
4) To translate the dividable texts strictly according to “The Principle of Being Geared to The Needs of Specialty for Translation”.
5) Translation: translate the original text, contact clients timely to consult uncertain words, and assure everyday schedule and quality.
6) Collect statistics of the quantity of the text to he translated: Affirm the number of the letters of the text to be translated.
3. Programming of Translation Personnel
1) Translators: two persons
2) Translation speed per day: 5000characters:

4) Translation examining and proofreading personnel: one person
4. Translation examining and proofreading:
1) Translation examining and proofreading : examine and verify, proofread the translation against the original text and proofread Chinese-English contrast texts to reduce working quantity and pressure in the future.
2) Overall planning: unify the grammar and translation style of the text translated every day. Proofread and ratify the habitual usage of translators.
5. Proofreading
1) Look through the whole text translated, then proofread and ratify every chapter and the whole text for unification and being whole.
2) Do the final affirmance to the whole text by Chinese-English contrast
6. Printing and delivery
Affirm the whole text by translators and the client, and then deliver the text translated after the signature by the client.
